As of January 2023 access to Annual Reviews is extended to the entire range of 51 journals (running year and archives). 

Annual Reviews are collection of journals containing authoritative, analytic reviews within the Biomedical, Physical, and Social Sciences. Each articles filters relevant primary research to guide researchers through new developments in their field. More over, each article or chapter includes an extensive bibliography!

Subscribe to Open

This new license is based on the so-called Subscribe to Open (S2O) principles. This business model uses subscription payments to convert gated access journals to full
Open Access (OA), if support by contributing libraries is sufficient.

We believe that by supporting the S2O model, we can contribute to a more diverse, and thereby healthier Open Access publication system: as authors will not be charged to publish, the S2O model offers OA publishing opportunities to academics across the globe independent of the way their research is funded.
