Do you wish to purchase or order something on behalf of the University? You need to take into account a number of procurement procedures. For example, the University makes use of framework contracts. Do you do need temporary staff? You can read all about it on the page of HR.

At Leiden University, cleaning is organised at central level by the General Services Department (UFB). Cleaning activities have been contracted with Hago (educational buildings) and CSU (office buildings and the buildings of the Campus The Hague).

If you come to work by car, you can apply for a parking subscription for one of Leiden University’s parking areas. The subscription is simply added to your LU Card. You can then use your LU Card to access the parking area.
