Education administration office
Every faculty and some study programmes have an education administration office where you can request information about schedules, transcripts, grades and other academic results.
What do the Education Administration Offices do?
The Education Administration Offices perform the supporting tasks associated with the educational process. It is essential that records are kept of study progress, examinations and final examinations. The staff provide administrative support for students’ educational tracks, from making it possible to enrol for a course through to processing the examination results and producing diplomas.
The Education Administration Office also helps with creating the prospectuses and timetables.
The Education Administration Office is the first point of contact within the study programmes, for students, teaching staff and people from outside the Faculty.
