This event is hosted by Jean-Pierre Kempeneers, diplomat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands. 

Topics that will be highlighted:

  • How to find a position as a junior?
  • What are the organisations and how to find them?
  • What type of positions do they offer?
  • Effect on job opportunities market at these organisations due to Covid-19?
  • How to network if you do not yet know anyone at an organization?
  • Are there things in the CV or motivation letter a student has to focus on to have better chances at these kinds of organisations?
  • What to do to stand out?

Jean-Pierre Kempeneers

Jean-Pierre Kempeneers has been acting deputy Head of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Warsaw since October 2022. Before that he was Ambassador, National Coordinator International Positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands since August 2016. He studied law in Leiden and was an intern at the European Commission. He was posted to Vienna, Tel Aviv, New York City, and Brussels.
