Content
Chinese Classical Dance is a graceful and expressive art form rooted in traditional Chinese culture, history, and aesthetics. This class focuses on developing fundamental skills such as posture, flexibility, coordination, balance, and body awareness, while also encouraging students to explore emotional expression and artistic sensitivity through movement.
Beyond technical training, Suning's class invites students to experience the elegance, poetry, and cultural spirit of Chinese classical dance in a relaxed and inspiring environment. Through movement, gesture, music, and expression, students will gradually develop both physical control and artistic confidence.
At the end of the course there will be a performance in a theatre, planned on 26 May '2615 December 2026.
