ULCN Maintenance on 9 and 10 December 2017

Account Services in which students and staff can manage their ULCN-account is going to be renewed during the weekend of 9 and 10 December. During that time it will not be possible to:

  • Change passwords
  • Upload photographs
  • Register or modify guest accounts
  • Print or activate LU-Cards 

Please note: it will not be possible to change passwords at a local servicedesk or helpdesk either.

Trouble logging in

During this maintenance weekend you may experience problems logging in with your ULCN account. We apologise for the inconvenience. It is advisable to change passwords that expire in the weekend of 9 and 10 December as soon as possible. 

Everything in one place

After maintenance both students and staff can manage there ULCN account in one place: Account Services. This means you cannot only change your password or upload your photograph through Account Services, but also get access to applications made available via SURFconext, such as SURFspot and Van Dale Online Look at an overview of all the changes.
