Changes in Thesis Procedure Archaeology: new deadlines and hand-in method
Due to the coronavirus situation, there are some changes in the Thesis Procedure of the academic year 2019-2020.
- May 14: deadline first draft
- July 1: deadline definitive version
In order to hand in the definitive version, you will need to run the thesis through Turnitin and send the resulting report to your thesis supervisor.
You can find the Turnitin in the corresponding Blackboard module (not in Brightspace!).
- For BA: Thesis Tuorial BA3 (2019-202) (1083VTHESY1920ARCH)
- For MA: MA thesis Archaeology (SafeAssign/TurnItIn) 4ARX-0910ARCH
The digital version of your thesis needs to be handed in via WeTransfer to email@example.com AND your supervisor. Please do not forget to fill in the online graduation form, applying for your graduation.
The formal date of graduation is the last office day of the month in which all components of your studies have been finished. You will graduate (if your thesis is the last component and you have received a passing grade) per the date of submission of the your thesis by mail. When the final component of your studies is finished in July or August, the formal date of graduation is August 31st.
You may request for postponement with the Board of Examiners in special circumstances that have been previously communicated to the study advisor and your thesis supervisor.
When you have registered via the online form you will receive a graduation mail by the Education Office.
