Reservation required

If you want to make use of a study place you must reserve a timeslot in advance.

Reservations

You can reserve a study place 1 day in advance.

  1. Preferably use Chrome, Safari or Firefox as web browser.
  2. Click on your preferred location in the table above.
  3. Log in using your ULCN account.
  4. Reserve a study place.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your reservation. The link in this email  serves as entry ticket. Open this link upon arrival and show the desk clerk.

On site

  • Students must not arrive at the location more than 15 minutes in advance and must leave the building immediately at the end of the timeslot.
  • The study places have a number online that corresponds with the number on the table in the study area, just as with seats in a cinema, for instance.

Precautionary measures

All buildings have been modified to ensure they are safe for all users:

  • Study places will be cleaned in between timeslots.
  • Hand sanitisers are available at the entrance to buildings.
  • Information and reception desks have been fitted with protective screens.
  • There are information signs by the one-way routes, lifts and staircases to ensure everyone will keep 1.5m distance.
  • Stickers on doors show the maximum number of students and/or staff per room.
  • The rooms will be thoroughly ventilated at regular intervals.
  • Keep 1.5m apart from other people.
  • Do not shake hands with anyone.
  • Wash your hands at least six times a day, according to the instructions and using soap and/or hand sanitizer, and at least after:
    • eating;
    • going to the toilet;
    • travelling by public transport.
  • Sneeze and cough into your elbow.
  • Bring your own paper tissues and throw these away immediately after use. Then wash your hands.
  • Do not loan or share materials or other items with others.
  • Do not use coat stands.
  • Only sit at the designated places in the lecture halls and study areas.

Feeling sick? Stay at home!

Do not come to buildings in the event of:

  • Corona infection (even if only one roommate is infected)
  • Cold symptoms
  • Fever (you or a roommate). You may only return to work if you or your roommate have been symptom free for at least 24 hours.
