Student Wellbeing Weeks: 18 January till 14 February – Discover how to stay mentally and physically healthy in these unusual times
Students have to deal with a lot of challenges, especially in these unusual times. You have less (physical) contact, you’re mostly studying from home and you’re getting out and about far less. Leiden University wants you to know that you’re not alone and provide you with advice on how to stay mentally and physically healthy.
For that reason, we are organising the Student Wellbeing Weeks from 18 January till 14 February. We’ll be covering a wide range of topics, from getting enough exercise, dealing with fear of failure and healthy eating, to inspirational discussions, learning to worry less and money management.
These topics and more will be addressed in interactive workshops, inspiring talks and sporting activities. Many of the activities will take place online, so you can enjoy them from home. We’re still finalising the programme, but please put the dates in your agenda. We hope to see you there.
