Update: Teaching in the second semester and Binding Study Advice (BSA)
The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science has issued guidelines for higher education in the second semester of the academic year (from February 2021). What effect will these have on your teaching?
Mostly online, partly on campus
We expect our teaching in the second semester to remain as it is now: on campus if possible and otherwise online. The University will start looking into exactly what shape this will take.
First-year students will receive the BSA this academic year as usual. As these students have been able to follow all their teaching, whether this be online or on campus, they are not expected to fall behind in their studies because of the coronavirus measures. The University will keep a close eye on this. Degree programmes that do run into difficulties because of the measures will be able to make an exception to this rule. If this applies to your degree programme, you will be informed by 1 February 2021.
You probably have questions about your timetable, internships or study abroad. Your degree programme will inform you about the developments over the coming weeks.
