Wanted: student assistant for research project Annelou van Gijn
In the context of the newly funded NWO Archeologie Telt project Putting life into late Neolithic houses: investigating domestic craft and subsistence activities through experiments and material analysis, there is a vacancy for a student-assistant for 0,2fte. Starting date is April 1st. The contract is for a year with a possibility of an extension.
Tasks
Tasks will include helping with the organization of experimental fieldwork and workshops in the experimental and educational centre of Masamuda, various administrative tasks for the project, assisting with literature overview and locating finds and assemblages.
Requirements
Good knowledge of the Dutch language, experience with the various Microsoft programs (e.g. Access, Excel, Powerpoint), good communication skills.
