On campus possibilities for CADS students starting Monday 26 April 2021
Dear anthropology students,
Starting Monday 26 April 2021, there will be more opportunities for students to come to campus (see also the Corona update of Leiden University).
We are happy to welcome you back on campus and will do our utmost to organise education and other activities on campus as much as possible within the available possibilities.
Unfortunately, the amount of contact hours is limited in the coming period - mainly because social distancing is still required. This means that not everything will be possible right away. The rules of the campus protocol remain very important. Before you come to the university, please do the corona check.
Next week we will announce which tutorials will be given on campus in the coming period. This means that all the Cultural Anthropology tutorials in the week of 26th of April will still take place online.
What can you do on campus starting the 26th of April?
- Book a place to study.
You can find a quiet place to study (with or without a PC) in the faculty buildings, in the libraries and in the student centres Plexus and Beehive.
- The terrace in front of the Pieter de la Court Building is open in accordance with the catering regulations.
- Speak a POPCorner employee on campus. Make an appointment and they will answer all your study-related questions.
- If your wish to make an appointment to speak with our study advisor Taco de Ruiter on campus instead of online, you can contact him by email. He will do his best to make an appointment.
Next week we will look into the possibilities for first year anthropology students to come to campus to study together in small groups. We will announce more about these possibilities next week.
