3 June: World Cycling Day

27 May 2021

Regular physical activity such as walking or cycling can significantly contribute to our health. However, in the last year, in which most of our work and study-related activities have shifted to an online environment, getting enough exercise can sometimes prove to be a challenge. That's why Healthy University Leiden, The Leiden University Green Office and the Student Wellbeing team would like to invite you  to celebrate World Bicycle Day (June 3rd), during which a range of activities will be held to help you to stay active! Hop on your bike, join a morning yoga session, or how about taking part in a photo contest with a prize give-way to get your body moving!
