3 June: World Cycling Day
Regular physical activity such as walking or cycling can significantly contribute to our health. However, in the last year, in which most of our work and study-related activities have shifted to an online environment, getting enough exercise can sometimes prove to be a challenge. That's why Healthy University Leiden, The Leiden University Green Office and the Student Well-being team would like to invite you to celebrate World Bicycle Day (June 3rd), during which a range of activities will be held to help you to stay active! Hop on your bike, join a morning yoga session, or how about taking part in a photo contest with a prize give-way to get your body moving!
