Public Administration Student focus groups Diversity & Inclusion

13 September 2021

Having meaningful conversations regarding diversity and inclusion is important to our community. It would be great to hear from you what terms like diversity and inclusion, belonging and equity mean to you.

What has your experience been like as a student here? Do you feel comfortable sharing your opinion? Do you feel respected, valued and like you belong, regardless of gender identity, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, sexuality, etc.? Can you relate to topics that are discussed in class? Do you feel encouraged addressing D&I issues in and outside of class? In which ways does the institute as a system work for or against you?

Regardless of how you answer these questions we value your input. You are invited to share your experiences, ideas, knowledge and skills in a focus group session. No teachers will be present – the sessions are professionally moderated. Your input will be anonymized and feed into a process of reflection at the Board level.
