As well as gaining academic knowledge, your student days are also about self-development. How can you stay both mentally and physically healthy? During the Student Wellbeing Week, from 15 till 19 November 2021, the university would like to lend you a hand by offering free workshops, sports classes and readings.
From relaxation to workshops
The programme is both diverse and challenging. During the Student Wellbeing Week, you will have the opportunity to try new things and follow workshops on topics such as self-care, career stress, healthy living and the balance between study and private life. You can work on you inner peace at one the yoga and meditation courses or challenge yourself with a HIIT class.
