Three new members of the Faculty Board Archaeology
With Bleda Düring’s term completed, the roles within the Faculty Board are being shuffled. Now that Dean Jan Kolen also operates as Coordinator for the research programme Artificial Intelligence, two board members have been contracted to fulfil the portfolios in Education and Research.
- Dr Alex Geurds (starting September 1, 2022): Education Portfolio and Vice-Dean
- Dr Amanda Henry (starting November 1, 2022): Research Portfolio
Moreover, Student Assessor Zoë van Litsenburg is succeeded by Imen el Idrissi.
The Faculty Board is grateful for Bleda Düring’s and Zoë van Litsenburg’s efforts in the past years, with their roles instrumental in steering the Faculty through the complexities of the Covid-19 pandemic.
