Caring Universities: But how are you really doing?

14 November 2022

Student life can be tough. It’s not easy balancing school, your social life, work, exercise, and more. That’s why it’s extra important to be aware of how you’re doing and to take good care of yourself.

Join the free mental health programmes

Caring Universities offers evidence-based mental health programmes for students on improving mood, reducing stress, learning life skills, dealing with sleep problems, tackling procrastination, and learning how to solve problems. The programmes are developed by clinical psychologists, continuously tested and completely free of charge.

Would you like some personal contact? Each programme has an e-coach who is more than happy to chat with you online to support your journey during the programmes. If desired, you can also join anonymously.

The platform is accessible anytime, anywhere. So don't hesitate to take a look!

Do the Mental Health Check

Caring Universities invites you to do the mental-health check, giving you more insights into your mental well-being. Next to gaining more insights on yourself, you will also help other students as it contributes to Caring Universities’ knowledge and lets them know how to better their services. You will receive the questionnaire via your university email in November 2022.

The Mental Health Check is developed by Harvard University and distributed worldwide by the World Health Organization. The mental-health check is completely confidential.
