Caring Universities: Survey and tools for your mental well-being

5 December 2023

What is Caring Universities?

Caring Universities is an initiative offering free e-health programmes to students, where you can learn skills to work on your mental well-being. The programmes can help you with different aspects of (student) life, such as improving your sleep, reducing procrastrination, improvement of your mood, the feeling of self-worth and controllign your stress.

Why would I fill out the survey?

At Caring Universities, it is all about the students! This is why you receive personal feedback on your scores and an advice on which programme suits you the best. The survey takes around 15 minutes and is completely anonymoius. Caring Universities can learn from these results about the mental health of students. By detecting possible psychological problems in an early stage, we can offer you adequate support. The gathered data will also be used to develop new programmes.

How does it help me?

To check in with your mental health is the key to your happiness! By being aware of your possible problems earlier, you can take some positive steps. Caring Universities wants to make sure you feel well and that you learn skills which will benefit you your entire life.
