Printers to be replaced in all locations between 15 January and 16 February
In the period 15 January till 16 February 2024, the printers in all Leiden University locations will be replaced. Until the new printers are installed, you can continue using the old ones.
Important to know
- Swapping individual printers does not take long.
- The new printers will no longer have a separate column or bracket for logging in with your LU-card. Instead, you will scan your LU-card on the printer itself.
- You will still use webprint to print from your own devices.
- You will still purchase credit via webprint or at a PinPoint location, and will retain your current credit.

For security reasons, it is no longer possible to print via the USB ports on the printers.
