Interested in Chinese Law? Take part in a Summer School in Shanghai with a scholarship
From 17 June until 14 July, our partner university, East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), will be organising a summer programme on Chinese Political and Legal Culture.
The programme will be taught in English. As well as lectures, there will also be social activities such as fieldtrips to, for instance, Suzhou, as well as extracurricular activities such as a visit to a law firm or a courthouse. A unique opportunity to study in Shanghai for four weeks AND.... the programme is sponsored by the Education Commission of the Municipality of Shanghai, which means that one Leiden Law School students will be eligible for a scholarship to attend the programme.

Please send a motivation letter, your transcript and proof of sufficient English language proficiency (min VWO grade 7 / B2 level) to the aforementioned email address before April 8th. If several applications are received, we will select one candidate. We must nominate our candidates to ECUPL no later than April 15.
