Participate in research on stress during your studies

Do you often experience stress during your studies? If so, participating in the Study Struggles intervention study, currently being conducted by Maastricht University, might be of interest to you. 

The aim of this intervention is to understand study-related stress and to investigate how it can be reduced. By participating, you will make an important contribution to this research question. Additionally, you have the chance to win a voucher. 

What does the study look like?

During the study, you will complete two online questionnaires. The first questionnaire (approximately 25 minutes in total) also includes reading and working with a short text.  The second questionnaire (approximately 10 minutes in total) should be completed five days later. 
 
You can participate in this study if you are at least 16 years old, have sufficient English or German language skills, and are currently enrolled in a university. 
 
Participation in the study is completely voluntary, and you have the right to withdraw from the study at any time.
