What should the university do? Listen and have your say at the Israel-Palestine debate on 1 July
How could or should Leiden University respond to the conflict between Israel and Palestine? At this juncture, what role should the university play in light of the war in the Middle East? In a meeting on Tuesday 1 July, we hope to start an open, university-wide conversation with as many staff and students as possible.
During this meeting, various scholars will draw on their expertise to share their perspectives on the role of academics and the university’s stance on the issue. This is also an opportunity for you to have your say, and for us to start a conversation together. All students and staff from Leiden University are welcome.
