Update 20 November 2025

Timeline

• On 15 December 2025, our Wijnhaven offices will close and the move to the Campus Spui begins. Around that week, instructors and other staff members will likely be less easy to reach, especially in person. Thank you for your understanding.
• The Campus Spui will open its doors on 2 February 2026.

Location, facilities

• Campus Spui is situated in between the Spui and the Grote Markt, in the very heart of the The Hague. It is a five-minute walk from Wijnhaven to Campus Spui and vice versa.
• Address: Spui 5, 2511 BL The Hague.
• We will update you about the facilities at the beginning of January.

Contact during the transition period

• In the ‘transition period’ between 15 December and 2 February, your instructors, study advisors, and the exchange and internship coordinators can be contacted by email. Meetings scheduled in this period will generally take place online via Teams.
• The Student Services desk at Wijnhaven will remain open as usual.

Continuity

• All lectures and exams will continue as scheduled.
• The Wijnhaven building will remain an important part of Leiden University’s The Hague infrastructure. Some of your lectures will continue to be taught there. And as our student, you will keep your access to Wijnhaven’s libary, study places, etc.
