The University Sports Centre (USC) has a new building. Before official exams can take place there, it is essential to thoroughly test all facilities and systems. That’s why we are organising an Exam Test Day, and we need your help.

During this test day, we will simulate a realistic exam setting. This allows us to check whether everything is functioning properly, including:

• The university network
• The Chromebooks
• All other processes and systems used during exams in the new building

The more realistic the situation, the better we can identify any issues. That’s why we are looking for as many students as possible to participate.

When?

• Wednesday, 4 February 2026
• 09.30 – 10:00 uur – Walk-in
• 10.00 – 12.00 uur – Testing

For whom?

All Leiden University students.

What's in it for you?

Registration is open until 29 January. On January 30th, you will receive an email with instructions and all practical information.
