Organising a BBQ at the Gorlaeus Building
Would you like to organise a BBQ at the Gorlaeus Building? You can now use the courtyard at De Fusie for this purpose. The courtyard between the LMUY and the measurement hall is no longer available due to the start of the LMUY remediation works and the closure of the emergency exit route at the rear of the courtyard.
What you need to know
The following arrangements apply when organising a BBQ in the courtyard at De Fusie:
- BBQs can be hired directly by the organising institute or department. De Fusie is happy to help and can assist with contacting external caterers.
- Drinks must be purchased through De Fusie. Bringing your own drinks is not permitted.
- Suppliers will be granted access via the Delivery Entrance.

Alternative location
