Sign up for the training course ‘Dealing with aggression, intimidation and manipulation’
The Faculty of Humanities considers it important to provide a safe working environment for its staff. Nevertheless, staff members regularly encounter aggression, intimidation and manipulation, for example when they have to refuse requests from students. The right knowledge can help to de-escalate such situations. That is why the faculty is offering the training course ‘Dealing with aggression, intimidation and manipulation’.
About the training course
In this training course, you can practise using (your own) real-life cases through various interactive methods. An actor will be used for this purpose. The training will take place on 23 June and 1 October. There is space for a maximum of twelve participants per session. You can register using this form.
