In weeks 29 and 31, the windows in the Gorlaeus Building will be cleaned on both the inside and outside. To help the work proceed safely and efficiently, we ask you to keep the following in mind.

What do we ask of you?

• Please ensure that windows in offices and laboratories are kept as clear as possible by moving any items or obstacles away from them.
• Please note that all windows will be cleaned, including any windows that currently have writing or drawings on them.

Please do not write on windows or walls

We understand that windows and walls can sometimes seem like a convenient place to make notes, but please do not write on them. Writing on windows or on non-writable walls (such as black or magnetic walls) can cause damage and leave permanent marks that are difficult or impossible to remove. Please use the designated whiteboards and chalkboards instead. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Indoor cleaning schedule

• Monday 13 July: 4^th floor
• Wednesday 15 July: 3^rd floor
• Wednesday 29 July: 2^nd floor
• Friday 31 July: 1^st floor
