Working at NATO

The permanent Dutch NATO representative will be happy to receive us. Mr Eric Povel (Leiden University alumnus of Legal Political Sciences) will introduce his work at NATO and then two delegation employees will explain the Dutch dossiers, the collaborative relationship with The Hague and the organisation of the permanent representatives themselves. The working visit will take approximately 2 hours.

The working language during this meeting is English.

Please note! There is room for a maximum of 10 students from the Faculty of Humanities.

Motivation and registration

To participate, we would like you to write a short motivation (approximately 5 lines), which you can fill in on the registration form. State what expectations you have for this working visit, and why you might want to work at NATO.  You will be notified by 22 January 2019 at the latest whether you have been selected.

We will be happy to assist you with the travel costs. You can submit these afterwards up to a maximum of € 50 with receipts/proof of travel costs to careerservice@hum.leidenuniv.nl
