How about Gongbi Painting instead of meditation?

In modern society, technology has made our lives convenient.
However, ironically, people are actually busier than they used to be. Then, modern people have begun to realize how important it is to regain the "concentration" that is divided by the increase in technology and the amount of information.
This is the reason why mindfulness has been attracting attention these days. Mindfulness is one of the ways to make you feel peaceful and calm by focusing on "the present moment" and was born from Zen.
By the way, Google, Intel, Apple, etc. are now incorporating mindfulness meditation into corporate training, but on the other hand, those who have done mindfulness meditation already know how difficult it is to sit and meditate for 10 minutes a day.
The reason is that the focus of mindfulness meditation is "breathing". People get bored in a few minutes even if they try to concentrate on "breathing", "what should I eat today", "I have to check my email", "A walk with my dog..." and so on, the thoughts begin to run away. Then, people give up, "I can't do mindfulness."

Good news for you!
How about Gongbi Painting instead of meditation?
In Gongbi Painting, the focus on "the present moment" is not "breathing" but "Painting". For the outline of the picture, we will prepare a sketch for you. So you only have to add color to the picture and you can concentrate on "Painting" in a very relaxed state.

About the technique of Gongbi Painting
Gongbi Painting is a type of Asian painting that has beautiful gradation. This technique uses highly detailed brushstrokes. It requires drawing with fine outlines and adding washes of ink and color layer by layer with gradation. By using this technique you'll achieve the perfection of exquisiteness and fine art.
Japanese Gongbi Painting is more sensitive and delicate than Chinese Gongbi Painting.
