DSFW workshop: How to present in a impactful way

Thursday 8 oOctober 14:00-17:00 h

Teacher
Caroline Bik

For whom
For anyone who wants to learn how to present in a way that is both convincing and relaxed.

Content
Your story deserves an enthusiastic audience; a great message calls for a clear presentation. If you want to powerfully convey the importance of sustainable fashion to others, you need a presentation that is strong—both literally and figuratively. Your clothing is not only beautiful but also sustainable, reinforcing who you are as a person. How you dress matters because it reveals who you are and what you stand for.

However, your verbal presentation—your story and your message—is equally important. You want to make a difference, and for your words to have an impact.

In the "Impactful Presenting" workshop, you will learn how to deliver your story convincingly yet in a relaxed manner. You will discover how to ensure your message truly shines. You will experiment with high and low status, learn a solid basic stance, and practice with various exercises designed to help you present with ease.

You won't learn mere tricks; instead, you will discover how to make your story clear and engaging for an audience in your own personal style. You will also gain practical tools to do this in a way that feels relaxed yet impactful.

This ensures your message and words have the greatest effect, helping to make sustainable fashion better known and more popular. Clothes make the person—especially when accompanied by a compelling story about sustainability.
