What can you expect from this workshop?

In this workshop you will learn how to recognise stress, respond to stress and when to ask for help. You will explore your personal stress signals and challenges and discover how to be better equiped for stress in the future by building healthy habits. With interactive peer discussions, you'll create a personalised step-by-step plan to create your new personal habits. As a result, you know how to strengthen your resilience and navigate the challenges in life with more confidence.

After attendance you will receive the workshop materials.

This workshop is suitable for both bachelor and master students.
