LUS Club: Landing in Leiden
- Monday 16 December 2019
2311 GJ Leiden
- Faculty Club
Your first months as a new student at the university can be daunting, whether you come from another university, high school or even another country. How do you enroll for classes, and how does Blackboard work? Where are the best study spots? And who do you contact when you’re not faring well in your studies or personal life? Leiden University tries to help their new students as best as they can, but there is always room for improvement. Therefore we would love to hear how you have experienced your first months at Leiden University!
Come talk to us about your experiences at the LUS Club on December 16th. What services did the university provide to you, and what would you have liked a little more help with? While enjoying some free drinks and bites, we will be listening to two speakers on the subject, after which we’ll discuss your experiences and how Leiden University could make the transition to university life even better. The input that is given by students during the club will be presented to the Executive Board of the university.
Note that all clubs are free for Leiden University students (including the students from The Hague). However, a limited number of spots is available, so if you want to attend, sign up via Facebook. Registration closes on 11-12-2019.
