How do you deal with peer pressure at a party? How should you act when someone crosses your personal boundaries? The Let’s Talk About Yes Leiden team invites all international students of the University Leiden to the interactive theater performance Safe Space, centered around the topic of social safety. This project is organized by the Time Out Foundation, in partnership with Leiden University, with the aim of engaging and empowering the student community to openly discuss topics like consent, social (un)safety, cross-border behavior and inclusion.
The play
This performance is designed for and with young people, aiming to paint an accurate portrait of their experience, while allowing space for critical reflection.The interactive nature of the play extends beyond the stage, as after there will be workshops that aim to raise awareness and inspire conversations for change.

The performance will take place on Tuesday May 2nd 2023, from 19:00 hrs in the Zeeheldentheater in The Hague. Entrance is free and afterwards there are drinks and snacks. Are you an international student? Register through the button below.
