On the 6th February at 4 pm, the Human Origins research group will welcome Prof. P. Pettitt, professor of paleolithic archaeology at Durham University in the UK. He will talk about scientific approaches to testing hypotheses about the development of Palaeolithic art and his talk is entitled "Visual Palaeopsychology".
The Paleonerds lecture series is a 'historical' lecture series organized by the Human Origins research group. It is currently administrated by A. Leventi and Prof. Soressi. In this lecture series, we welcome speakers who talk about their research in Palaeolithic archaeology. Talks are followed by drinks, and usually happen 4 to 6 times a year.
