About the session
During this online session, you will learn more about the Advanced Master in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration (LL.M.), offered by Leiden Law School in The Hague. About the master International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration
Leiden University’s Advanced Master of Laws in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration (LL.M.) provides an advanced and practical understanding of how international disputes are resolved through litigation, arbitration and other mechanisms under public international law.
You will examine questions such as:
- How do states settle disputes under international law?
- What is the role of the International Court of Justice, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and other tribunals?
- How do investor–state disputes and international commercial arbitration work in practice?
The programme combines the study of public international law with insights from private arbitration, preparing you for a legal landscape in which these areas increasingly intersect.
