PLNT & Luris

Luris is the Knowledge Exchange Office of Leiden University and LUMC. It helps students turn knowledge into ideas, and ideas into concrete business plans. As a student, you can get in touch with any questions you might have on setting up your business, from intellectual property to collaboration and more.   

PLNT is Leiden University’s centre for innovation and entrepreneurship. As a budding entrepreneur, PLNT can offer you guidance, workspace, workshops and access to a community of like-minded people. 

On top of that, via Luris and PLNT you can gain access to a broad network of entrepreneurs and professional support. You will also have access to funding opportunities specifically designed to give budding entrepreneurs a great start.

Elective course

If you first want to learn more about entrepreneurship, you can follow the elective course in Entrepreneurship and Innovation which is part of the minor in business studies.

Master Honours Challenges

Learn to think like an entrepreneur by taking a Master Honours Challenge. These combine theory with practice and help to prepare you for a career as an entrepreneur, researcher or policymaker.
