During your studies you'll acquire a good theoretical basis. But what about practical experience? By doing an internship you can gain a clearer picture of a particular position or sector. For some study programmes an internship is a compulsory part of the curriculum.

Finding an internship is your own responsibility. But we do try to help you as much as we can.
On our Internships Brightspace page (as a student of our programme, you will be automatically added) we regularly post vacancies specifically for Security Studies students. Feel free to reach out to all organizations mentioned on this page, regardless of the date of the vacancy deadline. We receive regular vacancies from, for example:
