Wheelchair-friendly parking spaces

Aat the bicycle parking area next to the main entrance. These can be found at the intersection of Cleveringastraat with Arsenaalstraat and Reuvensplaats.

The entrance has an automatic sliding door and is 2 metres wide.

Wheelchair-friendly toilets

After entrance immediately turn right, the toilet is on the left after 5 metres.

Lifts

After entrance 10 metres straight ahead. Turn right at the stairs. The lift is at the end of the corridor, after a door that opens automatically.

Parking in Leiden

City centre

Are you visiting the Hortus botanicus, student centre Plexus or one of our faculties in the centre of Leiden? There are (limited) opportunities for paid parking on the streets and along the canals. An alternative is Parking Leiden Haagweg car park, which is easily accessible from the access roads to Leiden. A free shuttle bus will take you to any location in the centre of Leiden and pick you up again at any time. You can also walk: the car park is about 15 minutes' walk from the city centre.

Leiden Bioscience Park 

If you are visiting the University Sports Centre or the Gorlaeus Campus, you can park your car in the Ehrenfest parking garage. For parking near the Einthoven bulding or the Agora building (Faculty of Social and Behavioural Scienes) we refer you to Parking lot Rijnveste.
