Parking

There is disabled parking in the car park directly under the Gorleaus building on Wassenaarseweg 76. From there, the building is accessible via lifts.

Entrance

The official main entrance is the Huygens Building on Einsteinweg 55. The entrance is at pavement level and barrier-free. The sliding door opens via a push button. After a level floor, a lift leads to the 1st floor of the Gorleaus building. The entire duration from entrance to Gorleaus building is about 9 minutes. Personal escort is desirable. From the car park, the building can be accessed via a wheelchair-friendly entrance.

Lifts

On the ground floor. Due to difficulty finding the lifts, it is desirable to accompany visually impaired persons.

Possible obstacles

At some places in the building, there are doors that need to be opened manually.

The number of parking spaces at Leiden University is limited. Do you have an appointment with one of our staff members? In some cases, he or she can reserve a parking space for you.
