Entrance
Automatic opening door followed by automatic draft door, 85 cm wide, threshold of 2.5 cm. Both have a second, manual door to achieve a passage width of 170 cm. There is a front doorbell at the main entrance at 140 cm height.

Entrance Plex-Fit gym
The entrance is located through the gate with the horse's head, in the back left corner of the courtyard. There is an automatic door (108 cm wide), it has a 9 cm threshold with ramps. This is followed by an automatic draft door (95 cm wide). The draft door has a second, manually operated door that allows the passage to be widened to 140 cm.
When leaving the premises, the draft door opens automatically. For the exterior door, a button must be pressed, which is located at a height of 125 cm.

First floor: room 1.06, 10 metres from lift.
Lift
Directly opposite the main entrance, 10 metres away.

Study rooms and co-working room
In addition to the library, Plexus also offers plenty of places to study. Come and study in peace in one of the self-study rooms, or work together on a group assignment in the co-working room. Don’t forget to bring your student LU-Card to get access to our rooms.

Co-working room
In our Cos co-working room (1.02) you can collaborate on assignments with fellow students (max. 16) or prepare lectures together. The co-working room is located on the first floor. You do not need to reserve in advance. As the saying goes: first come, first served.
Opening hours
The study rooms have the same opening hours as the rest of the building.
During exam periods, the Cos room cannot be used as a co-working room. However, it is available to use as a study room.

Posible costs for additional caretaker
Rooms can be hired outside regular opening times. In that case at least one caretaker per 50 visitors needs to be present, for which additional fees will be charged. In some circumstances an additional caretaker may be required during regular opening times as well, to which the fees below also apply.

Prices are subject to change and can vary according to specific requirements .
Visitors need to buy a day parking ticket at a parking meter to park in the Kaiserstraat. Outside the city centre, the municipality charges a more favourable hourly rate.
Car park Parking Leiden Haagweg is easily accessible from the access roads to Leiden. A free shuttle bus will take you to any location in the centre of Leiden and pick you up again at any time. You can also walk: the car park is about 15 minutes' walk from the city centre.
