Students, staff and external parties can hire rooms at Plexus for reasonable rates. Submit a reservation request online via the reservation form. For more information please contact the secretariat by email or telephone: 071 527 80 08.

Rental periods

Room hire in Plexus is per block:

Block 1

09:00-13:00

Block 2

13:00-17:00

Block 3

17:00-23:00

Weekend

12:00-17:00

Rooms

The following are included in the room-hire tariff for each room: whiteboard, flipchart, use of a laptop with overhead projector, (standard) cleaning. Other equipment may be available upon request.

Coffee and tea can also be requested. Prices: pot of coffee €8.75 / pot of tea €5.50.
Reduced student prices: pot of coffee €5 / pot of tea €2.75.

² Only available evenings and weekends.
³ Suitable for drinks/social gatherings. When hired, this room will remain accessible to all visiting students.

Cost of additional caretaker

Rooms can be hired outside regular opening times. At least one caretaker must be present, for which an additional  fee will be charged. In some circumstances an additional caretaker may be required during regular opening times, for which the fees below also apply.

Weekdays 9:00-20:00: € 35
Weekdays 20:00-23:00 & Saturdays: € 49
Sunday: € 61
