Are you experiencing a writer’s block? Take a break and do something that does not require much thinking. Go for a walk, take a shower or take a nap. Such activities give your brain the opportunity to rest and to process information, which helps with finding inspiration to write.
Taking a small break does not only help to overcome a writer’s block, but also helps with other aspects that are related to writing. This is especially the case when figuring out the best way to structure your thesis, finding the best way to present your arguments or while editing your text. These aspects require a lot of brain capacity and are therefore difficult to deal within a short period of time. A short break helps you to get a better result.
