University election: your vote counts!

The University elections are taking place this week, from 15 to 19 May. It's your chance to vote for who you think will best represent your interests in the different Faculty Councils, the Student Council, the LUMC Student Council and the University Council. Your vote counts!

The University Council and the Faculty Councils (as well as the LUMC Student Council) are consultation bodies in which students and staff of the University or faculty are represented. The members are democratically elected each year through the University elections. Different student parties take part in every faculty and in the University Council, each with its own focal points. The important thing is that you vote, no matter which party you vote for. By voting, you're making sure your voice is heard within the University.
