Municipal elections: vote at Leiden University

It’s election time again on Wednesday 18 March – this time the municipal elections. Two Leiden University buildings are being used as polling stations: Oude UB in Leiden and Spui Campus in The Hague.

If you live in The Hague, you can vote at Spui Campus (Spui 5) on 18 March. A great opportunity not only to vote, but also to take a look around the new building, formerly the V&D department store. The polling station will be run by students from Leiden University.

The polling stations in The Hague are open from 07:30 to 21:00.

Vote in Leiden

For the first time in years, Oude UB (Rapenburg 70) is serving as a polling station in Leiden. The building served as the University Library for many a year.

The polling stations in Leiden are open from 07:30 to 21:00.

Internationals may be eligible to vote

Internationals living in Leiden and The Hague may be able to vote in the municipal elections. See the Leiden International Centre and The Hague International Centre websites to check whether you are eligible to vote on 18 March.
