The Helpdesk ISSC (ICT Shared Service Centre) provides ICT support to all users with a university workplace. Do you have a question? Call or email the helpdesk, or visit an ICT desk at:

The ISSC helpdesk has been substantially expanded since September 1st 2020 with a dedicated IT support facility for teachers.

- You will hear different selection options. Select 'teacher support' and you will be directed to the ICT Teacher Support Desk. Are you in a hurry? You can record your number here to be called back.
The helpdesk portal allows you take care of ICT-related matters yourself, including creating and following an ICT report. Do you experience issues while creating the report? In this case, you can consult the manuals and frequently asked questions (FAQs), which you can find via the portal.
