Application
You are eligible for financial support only if you have received an offer to study at LUC, or are registered as a student at LUC.
Application Form
Application for financial support is done by filling out and submitting an online form and uploading the supporting documentation. Before filling out the application form, please carefully read the application guidelines and make sure you have all necessary information and documents ready to upload.
The information you provide in your application and supporting documents is treated with the utmost confidentiality, and will only be used by the selection committee for the assessment of your financial support application. This process is separate from the Admission process, and will in no way influence the decision of the Admissions board.
Deadline
The deadline to apply for financial support is 1 April 2022 . You may submit your application if you have applied to LUC but have not yet received an offer for admission to LUC, however, only applications from students who have received an admission offer will be taken into consideration. It is therefore strongly advised to apply for admission to LUC before the early-bird deadline of 1 December 2021 .
Applications submitted after the deadline of 1 April 2022 will be waitlisted and will be considered only in case funds are available, for example because others have declined their offer for financial support.
Timeline
If you submitted your application before the deadline of 1 April 2022 , the decision on your application will be communicated before 1 May 2022 . There is no possibility to appeal the decision on your application. After receiving an offer of financial support, you will have 2 weeks to accept the offer. In short:
- Apply to be admitted to LUC, preferably before the early-bird deadline (1 December 2021 )
- Apply for financial support before the 1 April 2022 deadline
- Receive an offer of financial support before 1 May 2022
- Accept your admission and financial support offers and arrange your visa documents if applicable
