IncLUsion is a student initiative that enables refugee students, who are not (yet) able to enrol on a regular study programme, to follow single courses at Leiden University. But studying is more than just attending classes, which is why IncLUsion also offers a buddy system. You can play a part!
IncLUsion student buddies
IncLUsion student buddies help refugee students find their way at Leiden University. As a buddy, you’ll be on hand to answer questions about practical matters such as study materials, class locations and how to use the library. But more importantly, you’ll be a friendly fellow student who helps a refugee student feel at home. On top of that, you’ll take part in social activities for all IncLUsion students and buddies.
Become a buddy
The IncLUsion team currently has enough buddies for the upcoming semester. Please refer back to this webpage later in the year for information on how to sign up as an IncLUsion buddy for the semester starting February 2021.
