Education administration offices

Every faculty and some study programmes have an education administration office where you can request information about schedules, transcripts, grades and other academic results.

If you require information that is not specific to your study programme or faculty you can contact the university's central student administration department via the Student Affairs Front Office

Administration Office

The Administration Office is responsible for the organisation and management of all mattters concerning students, such as the entry of study results, registration of examinations, graduations, etc.

Office hours:  Wednesdays, 14-16 hrs and Fridays, 10-12 hrs.

Study results can be checked in uSis.



The Administration Office regularly makes announcements on administrative matters. These are posted in the student newsletters, which are sent by uMail on a weekly basis. Therefore it is important to read these newsletters regularly.
