Education administration offices

Every faculty and some study programmes have an education administration office where you can request information about schedules, transcripts, grades and other academic results.

If you require information that is not specific to your study programme or faculty you can contact the university's central student administration department via the Student Affairs Front Office.

Education Information Centre (OIC in Dutch)

The OIC carries out the registration of study and education data and provides information to students by telephone, via mail and at the student desk on matters including: 

In addition, the OIC sets up meetings with the study advisors or refers you to other departments.

For questions about (re) registration and de-registration and tuition fees and other financial matters you can go to naar Student Affairs Front Office.

If you are not able to collect your diploma/ transcript of grades yourself from the OIC you can instead authorise someone else to do it for you with this authorisation form.
